- Evaluate proposed retrofits to existing equipment from competing
suppliers
- Evaluation of new equipment purchases
- Determine the root cause of equipment design problems
- Solve complex operational issues regarding air system, fuel delivery,
and equipment designs
PSL Modelling Steps
PSL performs the following steps when working with our industrial clients:
- Obtain the equipment geometry, conditions, and observed problems
- Build a 3-D process numerical model using our process modelling
software
- Validate current operating conditions predicted by the model with
available measurements and operator observations
- Interpret the results and determine best possible solutions
- Use the models to evaluate "what if" scenarios to improve operation and
design
- Use the model results to improve operator training using Process
